How One AD Campaign Can Transform Your Life as a Business Owner, Real Estate Consultant, Service Provider, or Coach

In April 24th 2023, I decided to create an email marketing service offer, published the flier as an Instagram post and ran an Instagram AD to the post the following day right from my Instagram app just to test if the service has a hungry market.

Within 24 hours and with only about ₦3,000 Ad spend, I already got a ready client amongst many other promising prospects making inquiries.

And within 48 hours, I got my alert.

I Generated 2,391 Leads Within 24 Hours For My Client at a Record Cost Of ₦23.28 / Lead

It was now time to run the lead ads after setting up all the sales system including

• writing the sales copy,
• writing the lead generation page copy,
• creating the lead geneation page.
• creating the sales page, and
• writing the email sequence....

In preparation for the virtual conference holding within 48 hours, the plan was to get at least 800 leads with the 60k budget at a bduget ad spend of between ₦50-₦100/lead.

But no, we didn't generate 800 leads, neither did we generate the leads at the budgeted ad spend.

Instead, we generated a whooping 2,391 leads at just ₦23.28/lead as you can see below

You might not have the resources to spend 60k a day on an ad campaign...

But what if you are able to generate just 100 leads a day for that your real estate business?

Or your service business

Or your coaching business?

And if your sales funnel is great and you are able to convert much of your leads...

Even with a very poor conversion of just 1%

CONCLUSION:

Of course, you probably might not run the ad consistently if you have too many leads or clients or buyers to deal with just like I also had to switch off my ad...

But what if you have the delivery sytem in place to handle all of the leads, clients, and buyers so that you are able to make the above amount or more?

How will it feel like to always sell out, ..

To confidently stand out amongst your peers asking if you have another source of wealth apart from selling the same products they couldn't even sell.
